Event Accessibility
Access, built into the whole event.
Access is bigger than the stage. It includes the welcome, communication, sightlines, captions, and the moments in between, planned with Deaf and hard of hearing guests in mind from the beginning.
Las Vegas
Lagundo ASL Services provides event accessibility across Las Vegas, including ASL interpreting, CART captioning, communication-access planning, and Deaf-centered accessibility support for private events, brand activations, weddings, celebrations, entertainment, and community gatherings. As a Deaf-led, CODA-founded company, we look beyond a single interpreter placement and consider how communication works across the event: arrival, programming, sightlines, announcements, captions, transitions, and guest interaction. On-site interpreting, VRI, captioning, and other access methods each have a place. We recommend the approach based on the people involved, the setting, the communication needs, and what will be effective for that event.
Why LAS
Why partners and brands build access with LAS.
The whole guest journey.
Arrival, communication, sightlines, signage, captioning, programming, and transitions can all affect access.
Designed in, not patched on.
When access is planned from the beginning, it can be integrated into the event instead of added as an afterthought. That is the approach we build toward.
Deaf leadership at the table.
Deaf leadership helps shape how we approach the event, the communication, and the guest experience.
One coordinated access plan.
ASL interpreting, Deaf interpreters when appropriate, CART, and other communication-access services can be coordinated around one event plan.
What We Cover
Every kind of gathering.
Private events and celebrations. Weddings. Brand activations and launches. Sporting and entertainment events. Faith gatherings. Community and city events. Corporate socials and holiday parties. If people gather for it, access belongs in the room.
Design access into the event.
Tell us what you're planning, the setting, and any access that has been requested. We'll help determine the right approach and prepare one clear proposal.
