We prepare against the available agenda and materials, coordinate across rooms and sessions, and staff based on the program's length, complexity, schedule, and communication demands. For longer or more complex programs, that may include multi-interpreter teams and Deaf interpreters when appropriate. For hybrid programs, we recommend on-site interpreting, VRI, or a combination based on attendee communication needs, the platform, room setup, program demands, and what will provide effective communication.
